ECI's Headquarters location on 18 acres in Edgemont, PA has allowed an even greater emphasis on service
and support. This differentiation from our competitors has allowed ECI growth to continue despite flattening
markets, limited local growth & new construction, and increasing customers’ perception that more and more

ECI maintains nearly $250,000 in pharmaceutical inventory including complete valves, diaphragms, tubing,
hose, and fittings. ECI is able to deliver ITT valves the same day they're ordered. This inventory
is located in both our PA and NJ offices in order to most effectively provide quick-ship service to our
customers regardless of their location.)
ECI's service group is on call to our customers 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Remote access to ECI's
computer system allows for immediate access to stock levels from any phone-line and offers the ability for
ECI to deliver a part or product to a customer at any time of day if the need arises.Fully Bar-Coded inventory management system allows for easy staging services such as consignment, emergency stock, and segregated inventory to service our customers as necessary.
