Description: 

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. Appoints and directs sales representatives and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision, values and strategy. Establish plans to expand the customer base, while continuously training representatives, customers and engineering firms on the value of products, service offerings and training.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a territory business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Who We’re Seeking: The service coordinator acts as a communicator for the department and interacts daily with all service technicians, managers, clients, and other members of the ECI team. The position provides primary oversight and direction to all matters of company property, including commercial building(s), tools and equipment. Location: Ideal candidate will live in the central/northern parts of New Jersey.

Travel / Office: Candidate would work out of home office with travel to varied customer sites for service appointments (calibration, troubleshooting, repair, etc.) according to manufacturer’s specifications. This crucial role ensures the reliability, accuracy, and safety of industrial processes by maintaining and servicing gas detection instruments based on the manufacturer’s specifications.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in technical field preferred.

Experience: You have 1-5 years’ experience in a hands-on technical application. Experience as an electromechanical field tech doing calibration and repairs preferred. Gas detection instrumentation experience is a big plus. You should be able to demonstrate basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, use of hand tools and electronic testing equipment, and a strong attention to safety and detail. Applicants with any knowledge of electrical and hydraulic actuators and familiarity with pneumatics is a strong plus.

Certifications:

  • Must be able to obtain certifications in all required ECI and Principal programs.
