EDGEMONT, PA – Since the beginning of 2016, Eastern Controls, Inc. (ECI) has added over a dozen qualified individuals to our diverse group of hard-working, talented employees. The new additions are a part of multiple departments including Aftermarket/Service, Applications Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Service.
For our Aftermarket/Service department, ECI added Megan Goelz. Megan is ECI’s Sales/Market Analyst. She is in charge of conducting marketing research in order to understand/analyze market metrics, competition, market penetration, and product perception. This allows her to collaborate with internal personnel to create targeted campaigns based on industry (Industrial, Sanitary, Municipal) and particular products.
ECI has completed its Applications Engineering group with the additions of Kyle Hunt, Jonathan Fredericks, and Cory Perelman. The Applications Engineering group plays a valuable role within our company by providing support and solutions to customers/clients and our outside sales personnel.
ECI’s Business Development team has acquired Brian Dugary and Samantha Moscony. The Business Development program helps prepare people new to our industry for an Outside Sales role. They have the opportunity to work closely within each department at ECI learning business and sales, as well as shadowing the Outside Sales team on sales calls.
The Marketing department added Zachary Norton, Multimedia Designer. His main responsibility includes providing the Marketing team with creative input using videography and various types of creative software for internal and external marketing campaigns (videos, brochures, advertisements, etc).
Operations added a Buyer, Patrick McMillan to the ECI family. Patrick’s main responsibilities include purchasing parts from key Principals and understanding what the company needs to have in stock-based on orders and other business needs.
The Service department here at ECI added three new members: Tyree Brickus, Cesar Perez, and Jeron Gibson. Tyree Brickus is the Service Support Coordinator for the Service department. Tyree acts as a communicator for the department and has daily interaction with all service supervisors and managers, as well as clients and other members of the ECI team. Cesar is the Service Technician Supervisor and he manages employees and team performance. His responsibilities include providing adequate training for employees and evaluating employee performance. Jeron Gibson is a Service Technician and he reports to Cesar. Jeron’s main responsibility is providing field service support for customers.
