Our team has implemented the following measures to help ensure your continuity of business and reducing unplanned downtime: ECI has significantly increased our inventory of control valves, isolation valves, parts, and accessories (i.e. positioners, solenoids, limit switches, etc.)

  • We are in frequent, daily contact with our Manufacturing Partners, and they continue to support Standard Lead Times with no identified supply chain disruptions.
  • ECI Field Service Technicians are available to support at your site. If site access is restricted, our Technicians will support your facility through videoconferencing and other innovative solutions.
  • ECI’s Masoneilan ValvFast manufacturing and MARC valve repair facilities are fully operational along with our Factory Authorized Field Service and Calibration centers for Endress+Hauser, MSA, Kaiser Optical, REXA, and Auma.
